+ -1 moreVery poor customer service. I would not use Andy's Tree Service again.
Description of Work: Called Andy's Tree Service to remove a Live Oak. Showed up just after we called him and removed the Tree, That was great and the Stump was supposed to be removed the next Saturday. Never showed up and no phone call was made to us to reschedule. Called Andy's Tree Service to find out why didn't show up for Stump removal. Said machine was broke and would call when they could do the work. Never received a call in two weeks. We then called and we felt we were an inconvenience and had a conversation, like don't bother me with this and to me very unprofessional response. Ended up finding someone else to grind the Stump.

+ -1 moreThe tree removal went very well. The remaining pieces were left in the yard as per our agreement. However, he would not take a check as he said he was from Belton and wanted cash. I went to the bank, got the cash and he gave me receipts. I did not have a W-9 IRS form with me so I said we could do that later. There is no address or e-mail in the phone book to write to him but I called him several times and he refused to talk to me or give me the forms. This is the first time this has happened to me with a business. So if you hire him make sure you get the forms signed before you pay him.
Description of Work: There were 2 large dead trees in the yard that needed to be removed at one house and some downed branches at another. The quote was only to cut down the trees but not to clean up the site.
