Very poor customer service. I would not use Andy's Tree Service again.

The tree removal went very well. The remaining pieces were left in the yard as per our agreement. However, he would not take a check as he said he was from Belton and wanted cash. I went to the bank, got the cash and he gave me receipts. I did not have a W-9 IRS form with me so I said we could do that later. There is no address or e-mail in the phone book to write to him but I called him several times and he refused to talk to me or give me the forms. This is the first time this has happened to me with a business. So if you hire him make sure you get the forms signed before you pay him.
