We contacted America?s Ultimate Security (AUS) because we wanted ADT quality but was not happy with the corporate sales rep that ADT had previous sent to our house. What a great decision to call AUS and get to meet with Michael Dennis. Michael was here to provide a quality service without the high pressure close the deal sales pitch. We walked through the house looked at our options discussed several configuration including pros & cons and costs. It really helped that Michael has been an installer because he did not over promise on what his installers could deliver.
The pricing that Michael offered on this new install with a number of custom features was lower by more than half to what other home security companies were offering and we were able to obtain the upgrades that we wanted without the price gauging. Unlike several  of the security companies that quoted our home where they present one size fits all alarm packages or want to stick bulky sensors on doors and windows this was a custom install done correctly with quality Honeywell hardware.  
The ADT monitoring charges were the same as what others were quoting with a less expensive upfront charge for hardware. If you want a well priced alarm system with the backing of ADT you should give AUS a call and ask Michael to quote your new alarm. The install was clean with hardware placed where we wanted. They spent the time to introduce the system and ensure we know how to use the features. The install crews was friendly and even provided their phone numbers if we have a problem in the future. Local support with a national service provider this is the best type of customer service.
