Aire Serv of Killeen

No stars!! In 2019 I called Aire Serve as I had been without air conditioning since summer began. I had just started a brand new job after being without work for a good while. When I was advised of the prices to replace my system I advised I didn't have the money for that kind of expenditure. Corey Robbins offered to let me write a post-dated check. I told him I had no idea when I would have enough money to back up the check up and he said no problem. Unfortunately my check was immediately submitted and I paid an additional thousand something dollars in NSF fees. No apologies were made and no offer was made per the company. On December 15, 2022 I called because when I turned my heating system on it made a loud racket. The Killeen location called me back immediately and told me they would be out the next day. Not only did they not show up but they didn't call and when I called them they wouldn't pick up the phone. Stay away from these posers!!
