The tenant called me (the landlord) and said there were some things wrong at the home. I called Ron and he went over to the home to check out what was needed. Ron said repairs/replacements were needed. We arranged to meet at Lowes to purchase the materials. He had some money saving suggestions. I purchased the items. He took them, called the tenant and made a plan to go fix the issues. When the tenant asked him to go beyond the scope of his work order, he called me for approval. Good Job! I gave approval. He made an additional materials trip and finished the whole job promptly and professionally. He called when it was completed.
