real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreAppraiser was apparently in a hurry to go on his vacation and failed to get all the required signatures and provide adequate comps on his appraisal document. As he was on vacation and not reachable it caused a delay on our closing. This unnecessary delay caused a number of other issues. This is unacceptable practice for this line of business in addition to being poor service!!!
Description of Work: Appraisal on a property to be purchased.
