They did a great job. He had good subcontractors who were good in tiling and stuff. They did a beautiful job. The price was great. It was what we expected. He upfront gave us a quote and that was what we paid, and that's why it worked. There was no bickering or too much trouble. If we wanted any changes, they did them without any problem. Their responsiveness was really good. Some of its subcontractors were a little slacker. They were very professional. They made sure we're still happy with the job, brought us some tortillas and stopped to visit and just made sure that we're completely satisfied. We're having other work done now. We're thinking to do a metal roof on our house. We phoned this contractor and he recommended a roofing company to get and stuff like that. He's not out to get our work. If we want to get another contractor, he's going to give us a hint on who he would use. They are really very good people. I have never met guys like this. The same company just built a new Hilton here in town. He's from Longview but he's got this contract from Hilton Hotel. They were building that at the same time as they were doing our house.
