Jackie is always very responsive and makes every effort to do the job right the first time.  I did have to call Jackie back out after a repair he made to a circuit board failed.  Jackie came out added new parts to the A/C circuit board and didn't charge me a penny.

They were real fast and quick. We had to call them back for something and they were right here. We have a very high regard for their service. We've used them before for more major work. We would definitely use them again. There is nothing out of whack with them.

We have two air conditioner units in our home. One had quit working. The technician evaluated the problem, looking for electrical and thermostat issues. He found a tiny bug had blocked the contact point where the unit would trigger on. I think it is great that he could find something so small and in such an awkward place. He also worked on the thermostat. Very professional, courteous, and had expert knowledge.
