He was very efficient and very quick. I called him on a Sunday and he was out. He will get back to you on the same day and that's a good thing. He's done that twice for us which is why we called him the second time. I understand plumbers have a job and if they are on another job they can't get to you but feedback on the same day is very important. He doesn't waste time. I think he charged us a little more the first time, I think it was a holiday. He came out sooner than I thought, he was working on another job and ran into a problem so he decided to come out and take care of our problem first then go back.
