I wish I could give Thomas Electric a score HIGHER than A! They are prompt, courteous, professional, do the work with high quality. On a previous occasion, a different electrician tried to diagnose an outdoor lighting electrical problem and failed miserably. Thomas sent Cody over and he diagnosed and repaired the problem in minutes.
Today, their electrician arrived and installed a ceiling fan. It looked great, worked great, and didn't wobble at all.
Who could ask for more? Thomas Electric is A+ all the way. I will continue using them in the future!

We called and left a message at the office. Received a call back within a couple of days and scheduled a time for the electrician to come out and review the work needed. He was very prompt in coming out at a very busy time...just prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday. He called back in a timely manner with the estimate, which was a little less than a previous estimate we had received from another electrician, and we agreed to go with him. We scheduled the work for the following week. The electrician and his assistant arrived on time, as scheduled, and proceeded immediately with the job. Because the house was built in 1914, they were faced with some unexpected difficulties, which kept them here for the entire day. This, however, did not stop them from doing exceptional work. After completion of the job, we received a carefully detailed and itemized receipt, which will be helpful for future reference. The electrician also came back the following day with computer-generated labels for the breaker box in the garage. We will certainly use Thomas Electric again for any future work that might be necessary.

Everything went smoothly. No complaints at all. Will hire them again.

This company called back quickly, came out and gave me a free estimate, then came back within only a couple of days and took care of the work with efficiency, speed, skill, and professionalism. The electrician was incredibly friendly and polite. He did everything we asked and was always upfront and honest about what was needed and how much it would cost. The amount was VERY reasonable. After he finished the work, I asked him to add a little more wattage to the shed, and to add an electrical outlet to our back porch as well. He did that on the spot. Exceptional professionalism. Above and beyond. I have other electrical needs, and when I'm ready to take care of those, I will most definitely be using Thomas Electric.
