I definitely would recommend them. They are professional. They have helped us out couple of times with our air conditioner I know that since we moved into this house in 2009. They have been out couple of times and they fixed our a/c. I think that is all they did. They did a good job. I would probably use them again.

Bosworth was prompt and got my heat going ASAP. They are always friendly and prompt when I call them and the service technician always explains the problem, how he will fix it and any ongoing maintenance issues that I need to be doing.

Bosworth has been my AC/Plumbing company since my family owned a home (3 years ago) and now that I rent as well. Be it something as simple as AC filters, a clogged toliet or something more heavy such as flipping over entire AC units and reinstalling plumbing, Bosworth has committed themselves to make it right the first time. The owner once came out on a Sunday evening to tell me my AC thermostat just needed new batteries. He was polite and generous and the two of us still laugh about it when our paths cross.
Their office staff are curteous and will work with you regarding payments towards your bill. Bids on contracts are fair and the work is completed in a timely manner with workers who know their stuff. If you have problems with anything, or anyone, it is corrected immediately! Bosworth have always made me feel like our family was important and our business was respected. They want long term clients and strive to achieve that goal.
So this time around I just needed a few AC filters. However, the next time my shower is clogged or my AC decides to quit on hot Texas night, I know Bosworth will be on their way with a smile on their face.

They came out with a small backhoe that would have taken too long to get the job done. I rented a large one and then the job progressed OK. The man operating it was one of the best I've seen. My main complaint is that the manager in the office would not return calls nor give me a schedule. However, I will use them again, because they bill by the hour.

Once it was determined I needed a new unit, they were very professional and prompt. They did what they could to expedite the transaction to order the unit and get it installed. Their installers were very professional, polite and they cleaned up after the installation. The office staff was prompt in returning my calls and providing the information I requested. Having moved to Texas from Florida last year, I had no experience with a Heat Pump and since I had friends in the AC business in Florida, I was always given a discount when it came to my AC needs. So naturally the cost was a shock, but they explained the differences to me and I believe they provided me with a fair price for was I needed and they were honest.

Work set up via phone before my move. Workers on time and did great work. Worked a few small items discovered during the visit as well.

Entire process from phone call to service call was professionally handled and customer oriented.

They did an excellent job. They also came out last year to replace the air filter. It is a special type of air filter which has to be replaced once a year which is kind of expensive. They have been very responsive. When we were looking at installing that system they were out almost immediately when we called them. They just had to order parts but they still had everything in in about a week which I thought was pretty good. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves which some companies don't. They've just been very good.

They came recommended. They were great. They were perfect. The splits are wonderful. I don't have anything negative to say about them. It is all very very positive. I would use them again.

From the initial phone call (handled in a friendly and professional manner) to the service call (technician was on time) to the service itself (friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, professional) I was very pleased with the service call. I will use Bosworth again when future air conditioning/heating needs arise.

They have done fine. I have been perfectly happy with them. They are prompt and show up when they say they are going to. They don't try to charge me extra for coming here. The same guy has been here three times and seems to know what he is doing. The guy is very pleasant and seems to know what he is talking about. He told me to order a part that was broken, so I wouldn't have to pay the mark up from the company.
