This business is one of the most unprofessional outfits I have ever come across. Met with Catie to show her the business and walk through what needed to be done. She said all the right things and absolutely ASSURED us that she would be reliable and that she wanted my business and could handle things easily. My business needs to be cleaned almost daily during the spring months so I can be ready for the public. I expressed my main concerns which were 1) be reliable; and 2) be responsive and professional. They failed us on both counts. She and her team cleaned my place probably 5 - 6 times and for the most part they were responsive and on time. They ran a little late, but got the job done. I was just beginning to get comfortable, gave her keys, an alarm code and a schedule for the month and all the sudden she VANISHED! I showed up to meet her and her team at the scheduled time, given I needed the business cleaned that day, and NO Hill Country Cleaning Service. I started calling and texting after about 15 minutes of her not showing up and she never did. I ended up have to clean everything again myself and thought, maybe she is in the hospital. I did finally get a hold of her, given she didn't recognize the number I was calling on, and she told me she would call me right back. She of course never did. I am still just shocked that they call themselves a business.
I would NOT recommend them to anyone, and have never seen someone (especially a business) act so unprofessionally and leave me hanging with no apology and/or explanation. To date, she has never offered an explanation as to what happened. I believe she was in over her head and didn't know what to do to get out of this commitment. All it would have taken is a call to say 'Im sorry but I can't make it." BEWARE and stay away from them.
