I am a Realtor and needed a minor repair to a door at one of my listings. Called on Saturday to schedule for the next week. Steve said he could come on Saturday as he had a full schedule the following week. Explained what needed to be done and that I would need to pick up the hardware. Steve offered to purchase it on his way to the job as he knew exactly what he needed. Was very prompt, knew what he was doing and answered a couple other questions I had about repairs. I have also used him in my home and I have had the same experience. His prices are very fair and he is very dependable.
