I should have rented a rug doctor...would have done a better job.

The workers were very nice and moved my furniture carefully as needed. Unfortunately, they were not able to get one stain from the rug, but overall they did a good job.

Steamatic cleaned a 9 x 12 area rug that was heavily soiled, but in otherwise good condition. As a result of their expert care, we are now able to use the rug in our living area, where it can be displayed with pride. We highly recommend them as professional, courteous folks with high standards demonstrated in the work they completed for us.

I have used steammatic on several occasions.  They always have done a wonderful job.  Floors very clean and smell so good. I have serveral animals but you can never tell they are in the house after Steammatic leaves.  Very friendly staff.  I would recommend this company.

They were professional, did a great job, moved furniture. placed protection under the furniture and went over stubborn stains to make sure they got them. We chose carpet cleaning over buying new carpet, as that is a nightmare in itself. We are pleased. This is our second time using them. We used them 3 years ago. We were pleased then. We are pleased now!

They cleaned the carpet in the whole house before we moved in. Courteous, professional, punctual, reasonably priced. Great experience!

They did a good job and were careful with my furniture. I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of stain removal from both prey and the rug. I think they should have either retreated these areas or made it clear that they could not be removed up front.

Did a fairly good job. Spent 1.5 hrs. shampooing den, living room, one bedroom, steep stairs, and small bathroom. However,
would not shampoo under the king size bed due to liability issues. Did not shampoo under triple dresser (probably due to weight).
These were important to me because I cannot clean under them myself. Did a good job removing mold around three air vents.
The two providing the service were very nice.

The workers explained what would be done, how long it would take, and what to expect for drying time. They were courteous, helpful, and thorough. I was very pleased with their work.

Within two hours of notifying Steamatic of the Hill Country, they arrived. They promptly, began water extraction, moving furniture, pad, carpet, etc. They came every day to monitor the humidity, and moisture level in the oak flooring, and walls, as well as under the house. The process took four days, and I was kept informed along the way. The owner of Steamatic of the Hill Country even met with my insurance adjustor..Steamatic made a stressful time more bearable. .
