The service man showed up and charged me a 60 dollar fee to give me an estimate.. the estimate was what I told him way high... as an architect I told him I work with electrical companies often and his estimate to replace a 60 amp panel was over $1,000. This was highway robbery. I paid my 60 dollar fee for the estimate and sent him on his way. Ended up having another electrical service fix the panel / replace and rewire all equipment for about 460 dollars. Be ware of Sparky's .. and get someone else to look at that won't charge a fee for an estimate... a pure rip off!!

The technician was professional, friendly, and very honest about the costs entailed with the surge protector. Explained everything from beginning to end. Very clean and prompt. Excellent service!!
