"After reviewing the inspection report performed on 251 Live Oak Ridge, it was noted numerous times about foundation and structural movement and mention of cracked rafters inside the attic space. There was also notation of improper drainage and significant soil erosion around the structure, lending itself to foundation movement. Further, there is mention of more than typical drywall cracking within the dwelling and siding trim pulling from structure or dislodged. Interior doors were also observed out-of-square; results from previous foundation and/or structural movement. It was also suggested that further evaluation be performed. As for the electrical, there was a laundry list of deficiencies notated in the inspection report (roughly 2 1/2 pages). And yes, it was suggested that further evaluation be performed. I believe I went above and beyond for the buyers of this property and documented & photographed all conditions precisely and professionally. Sincerely, Canon Jones"
