PRIOUR ELECTRIC

I got a bid from this company back in 11/15 to run power from our home to a soon to be built detached garage. He at first seemed pretty responsive as far as getting the power run from the house electrical panel to the outside and  putting up a temporary service for the builders. As the garage was getting close to being finished, I began emailing John, asking him when he could get out to finish up our project. This was approximately 6 weeks ago. He was horrible in getting back to me; sometimes no answer at all. A crew finally came out 3.5 weeks ago and got most of the interior wiring done, but it took another week for them to finish. All that was left was trenching from the house to the garage, and hooking up the power from the house to the building. At this point, 
I began emailing John pretty much every day, asking for a completion date. He had every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't make it out. Finally, I emailed him and told him if the job was not done by 5/24, I was not going to pay him. Amazingly, a crew showed up on 5/23 and finished!! I will NEVER use or recommend this company, and if you hire them, beware.

We were very pleased with the service, and he was very knowledgeable.

They came out, figured out the problem and fixed it on the initial service call.

Punctual, pleasant, professional, neat, and complete in his work. Great negotiating skills, was able to change work originally requested by us to a new visual presentation. Surprised us with an invoice for less than original estimate.
