Here's the deal. Bo Moss (owner) and all his employees are exceptional. They are friendly, HONEST (very important), charge a fair price and are a local Kerrville family business. I've been to Bo over the years and have never been anything but satisfied with the service and the repairs. The other thing I appreciate is the fact that they always keep the customer informed before they perform anything more that what was orginally discussed to fix...no hidden fees. Luckily I've not had to go back in awhile but they are an excellent Repair Shop!
