installer kept telling me he had to go to town for more items to complete install and kinda scuffed when i came up with everything he was asking for

"Customer is a "dead beat" and to this day has a large outstanding balance due-our repeated attempts to contact customer have failed and "promises" made by customer have expired without fruition."
