The quality of service for the most part is very poor. I have see other’s people work, Martin is probably a little better than average. The plus is he is very personable and responsive when we get him; however he doesn’t show and does not return phone calls. It takes months to get him to do something. He forgets what he did and then it all screwed up. This is the very characteristic of this area. He is a very nice guy, and an honest guy. Sometimes he would come with a small crew of fellows to do some work and in a moment his truck was off the curb then goes lie down and sleep under the tree. He did a lot of work and charged about $14000. I have concluded there is nobody good in this area and I do need some work done, I am working in San Antonio at this point. I don’t think I will be using him again as the level of knowledge and the expertise is just not enough to do good work. The number of vendors in this area is very small and that’s the problem.

They were professional and they provided what they said they would. The price was fair and the job turned out great.
