USE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK! I signed a contract for a fence on March 31st. It did not finalize until November 12th. EIGHT MONTHS!!! Multiple issues with nobody to take ownership. After the sale, nearly zero response from salesman. I had to do a BBB complaint and get Lowe's Corporate office involved to get some information. Went to speak to the local store manager, he would not even come out to talk to me. Sent the Asst Manager to come out and tell me he's on lunch break. Communication is horrible, living up to their contract was a 0 out of 10, and the contractors were 'ok'. Although they had to fix my fence several times. They welded and "fixed" the wheels on my gate at least 3 times. Finally had to buy my own wheels and install myself before I got trapped in the fence. Horrible experience. Use at your own risk.

When I decided to take my house off the market I refinanced my home and had everything upgraded. I spent about $45000. My lot is not very big and I didn't have any room for an extra bath so I put in a walk in shower where the tub was. They charge you for moving the furniture and preparing the floors and by the time you have your new floors installed you pay way more than what they say their price is. So I think its misleading. I'm thinking around $700 and change and then they call me with a $1000 and change figure.
