I found him quite competitive and I was satisfied with his work. He’s an elderly gentleman who gets help when he needs it and does a good job. It’s been a positive experience. He was brutally honest. He actually unsold things that I had the idea I needed. He said he would be glad to do it but he felt I would be wasting my money. I was convinced I needed some air outlets on the other side of my master bedroom and he said he’d do it but he told me if I went to Wal-Mart and got $4 deflectors and put them on, I’d have exactly the same result and I wouldn’t spend $300. I really felt like he was looking out for me. I have referred him to others in the past.
Description of Work: I used John Arnold Air Conditioning several years ago. I talked to him about a month ago about a system upgrade. I’m expecting that before it gets hot that he’ll come in and do some additional work for me. We have about 2000 square feet in our home and we have three air conditioning units.
