Not good ...never got rid of them on multiple occasions. Sent amateurs! Had bigger job and decided against using them.

They have been coming to our house every three months for over two years. We have had mixed results in the past but service has become terrible this year. They have quit spraying our yards and are now sprinkling granules around which does not work. I have had to go buy ant killer on several occasions and we have recently found large roaches outside. We also had our trees treated for fungus and ball moss.They told us they were going to treat for bores also but they did not do it. They burned two pecan trees and an oak tree with their baking soda mixture to the point that the trees nearly defoliated completely. When we called them and they came out to look they tried their hardest to come up with other causes and were very reluctant to take accountability for the damage they caused and have to date offered absolutely no assistance in recovering health to the trees. I have spent hundreds of dollars on miracle grow and water to fix their mistake. Having said that, I will add that the service technicians are very courteous and professional and aside from the tree department they have always responded to our calls promptly and have came out on short notice to fix bug issues. I will not be using them going forward and would not recommend them ESPECIALLY the tree service!

I get service from them every 3 months for pest control. They are always very polite and go out of their way to please. This is a good company and prices are reasonable.

They do good work.

I came to know about them through their advertisement. We have a service contact with them. They come out quarterly. They do a good job. I don't have any bugs. My overall experience with them was good. The price is a little high. I would definitely use them in the future.

I have been very satisfied with them. I have them every three months and I have been using them for two years. If I hadn't been satisfied, I wouldn't have used them. They are very efficient. They couldn't be nicer. I have no problems with them whatsoever. I am a very impatient person. I wouldn't have been doing business with them all this time if I hadn't been totally satisfied. I had a service agreement with them for one year and I have continued to use them. I am not sure of the price but I think it is around $130. They are responsive. One time I had a centipede that came into my house. It came through one of the light fixtures. I called them out and told them what happened. They came out at no charge and they put powder in my attic to stop that from happening again. They are terrific. Their professionalism and punctuality is very good. I would continue to use them in the future; in fact, they are scheduled to come out next week.

good communication skills and fair price

They do a real good job. They put in a system called a termador which is for the termites. I don't know much about it, but it's been a few years and so far so good. They've been a big help. I don't know if the price was high or low because it's a brand new termite system. It seemed high at first, but if it works a good as they say then there will be no more termites.
