The service man was very professional courteous. He fixed my problem and showed me how I could do it myself next time to save money but I will call them back next time .

Company has refunded the service charge and and provided a sincere apology. Said my experience should never have happened.Their service personnel have been spoken to. I rated this action as an A. The refund and apology  were very commendable and deserve this rating to balance my previous rating.

Installed a new dual zone system in our house about 3 years prior.  It has not worked properly since.  They have been out to our house numerous times with numerous different repair technicians to try to fix the air conditioning system.  We have been charged over and over.  I quit contacting them last fall as the weather got cooler.  Then again this year when it got hot the system did not function properly so I contacted another company.  The new company showed me how the duct system was torn apart, dampers were not installed properly and the system was cooling the attic instead of the house.  The quality of work was extremely poor which is why the system was malfunctioning.
On top of everything else the customer service Hardin office people and repair manager is poor.  The repair manager never returned my calls or came to check on the work performed.

The service man was prompt, courteous and efficient. We ended up purchasing a year's contract for them to come and clean the ductwork and go over the furnace for winter. I will be able to amend this review when they have fulfilled the contract.

I have a service contract with them for $150 a year.  They come in twice a year.  I would recommend them.  They do a good job.  Their price is comparable. I will definitely use them in the future.

We have been with them for quite a few years.  They do an outstanding job.  They are very professional and they don’t leave a mess.  I would highly recommend them to anybody.  As far as I know, they are right in line with the price of your local.  They are very responsible.

It was good, and I would say the whole thing was fine. Getting me a paid invoice was kind of an issue. I told them that I would like to have an invoice with everything I bought and all the services I bought; showing that it is paid. They actually sent one to my email, which was fine as I didn't care if it was in my email. It had everything there, but it didn't look very professional and it looked like somebody had typed it up real fast on a Word document. I am a small business owner and I take pride in my documents. They worked with me on pricing. I got 3-4 bids and they were the most open to working with me. They basically matched the lowest price and gave me another year of warranty too. It was awesome and I was real happy with that.

We really like them. They are very quick to respond. They are clean and very polite. They come in when the say they are going to. I would say we get a lot for the money. I would rate them highly across the board. We would continue to use them in the future.

Joe was friendly and courteous from the start. He got the repair done quickly and moved on to his next job. He was also about an hour early for the appointment but since I was home and awake it did not matter. Scheduling appointments can be difficult when one works overnight and sleeps during the day. The bill was broken down into $79 for diagnostic, $21 for non-specific minor repair, and $6 for gas surcharge. The diagnostic was what I deemed a little pricy but I am not familiar with the usual rates.
