I used Goodlife Pools twice and the results were very good.  Rod showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price.  The third and last time, however, was an experience of a completely different nature.  I was having problems with my Polaris pool cleaner.  I called Rod and he came out quickly and replaced a part on the Polaris.  He charged me $80 which, considering parts and labor, was reasonable.   The next day, the cleaner was back to its non-operational state.  I called Rod but he didn't answer.  I left a message stating that the cleaner was inoperable again and needed further work. He returned my call and told me to clean the filters and then give him a call back when this was accomplished.  I got on this immediately.  I called the next day to tell him that the filters were indeed dirty, but that I had cleaned them,  and was ready for his further attention.  He did not return nor did he contact me again.  I left message after message asking for a return visit. He never replied.
Bottom line:  I paid $80 and the cleaner still didn't work and he didn't respond.
