The owner, John Flowers, is incredibly responsive and helpful with the job I asked him to do. He respected and worked with my busy schedule as a healthcare professional. I needed to install a few security cameras and floodlights on our house. They were able to come out very quickly and were very efficient with the two-person team they came with. Lincoln was the lead electrician on the job and was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely rehire them for any electrical work I need!

Job was to replace ceiling fan. Up front I explained that I wanted to replace the two wall controls requiring a 3 way hook up. Crew sent was unfamiliar with 3 way switches even to the point that 2 3 way controls would be required. This crew gave up and a second more experienced crew came the next day. I finally gave up and accepted a single wall control while killing the second outlet. While agreeing to the hourly rate, as of this review I have not received an invoice or bill. I will reserve comment on the value for money.

Quick and willing to work over the phone

This company did not work on table lamps, but the owner said he knew someone who did and offered to pick up the lamp and deliver it to the man who did. He lives in Ingram. A young man was sent to pick up the lamp and take it to the repairman.

Although they had an emergency and we had to reschedule, our service call was excellent. Not only did he fix the problem, he helped us with warranty issues and possibly free replacement parts.

Have not received bill. John checked the fixture, recommended a more efficient bulb that does not require a ballast, purchased the bulbs and installed them. Very efficient.

They were timely, courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied with the work quality. Lincoln was one of the best workers I have ever had. Very efficient. I will use them again!

Although the technician came when stated and one light was repaired other lights continue to not work. Hard to say the value as we have not received a bill. Would not recommend.

Speedy service

Wow, got a call within an hour of submitting my request and electricians came the next day. Owner came earlier to have look at the work and arranged for two guys to come to get it done or figured out in one afternoon.

They came on time and took care of the problem

Guys showed up 15 mins early. Clean, polite, professional and very qualified.110 lights in house were flickering and dimming They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired. I will not hesitate to use this company again for any needs I have. A terrific experience.
