Lawn Tool Repair
After 2 months they called several times to deliver lawnmower. I was gone 1 week and the phone calls got progressively ruder. When I got back I called to say I was back & they delivered the mower. When I apologized I was again treated to rudeness and was informed I should have let them know prior to leaving. I paid for the service but had to push mower into garage because it still wouldn't start. I had to have another service person get it fixed. I did not want Double M to try again and charge me!
