After determining the problem, I had to contact LG to try to get an extended warranty on the panel of my TV.  After much battering with LG, the company determined that the panel was defective and they extended my warranty so Denny and Sons could replace the panel.  Denny's replaced the panel in a professional manner, but it did take time and discussion with LG to get the panel replaced.  It took about 3 weeks before everything was settled.  LG is a company that will come through providing you are persistant with them.  We do appreciate LG for extending the warranty, but the hasseling was at times uncalled for.  Thanks Denny and Sons for working with me and also for prodding LG to complete the warranty issue.  I would highly recommend Denny and Sons Electronics for all TV repair - there are fewer and fewer reliable companies who still repair TV's.

Our TV has been having some issues and we've been working with LG to get an extended warranty on it because thye have to replace the entire screen panel on the TV due to a manufacturing default. So they have kind of been playing games with us, but we got the authorization last night so Denny and Sons will be  doing the replacing of the screen for us. We paid an up front service charge which was an examination fee of $65. We got them to come out 2 weeks ago.

This is a family owned business. Also they were great. Everything went smooth. They made the experience easy for me and have great follow up. With them I feel like they are very responsive and willing to go the extra mile. I got more then what I paid for. It was worth it.
