Mr. Ray estimated both the time and cost of the project. The time for the work was bang on the money. The price was a little above budget, but understandable due to all the problems found once the project was started. The house is very old and was originally built by ranchhands so some of the original construction was a bit unconventional, but Mr. Ray found solutions for all problems. His attention to detail was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the work area was kept both during the work in progress and at the end of the day. He treated my property as though it were his own.
