Cecil Carter is a fair, honest man. There is a price one pays for excellent service. I've used him many times before. Somewhat pricey but probably not as much as a dealership. He's always done a great job and he's very reliable.

Great. I initially called to see if he carried my wind shield wipers...These wipers have to be special ordered just like every other Volvo part, most of the time you cannot run down to the local automotive shop and get them...Cecil (owner) ordered them for me but then called to let me know the price (they are not inexpensive!) before ordering....I really appreciated him calling as they run approx $17 a piece + shipping. Once they arrived, he called, replaced them and didn't charge for labor, just parts. I will continue to go to Cecil Carter motive here locally for my new 2012 S60 Volvo when needed. It's nice to have a Mercedes/Volvo repair place here in town instead of having to go the the Volvo Center in San Antonio. I highly recommend Cecil Carter's Automotive if you own a Mercedes or Volvo. They always provide excellent service.

Well my problem was not fixed because he did not have the proper diagnosis tool. Most VOLVO cars 2008-2013 require special tools for proper diagnosis. I felt like Cecil (owner) took the time to try to find the problem and fix my car and when he could not he didn't charge me a time, even for his time and effort. He and his shop are excellent when you need work on your Volvo or Mercedes..Many places in town do not service these cars.
