It went very well prompt response. The service tech was here when told, He was very courteous. Took care of problem very fast and right. I am so glad I checked Angies list and found these people. I will use them again!

We called for service on Monday afternoon. The company's representative came the next morning not to repair the microwave on site but to remove it and to bring it to the shop. We expected the rep. to be driving a repair vehicle, such as a panel truck, but was driving a pick-up truck, which meant that the microwave had to be placed on the passenger's seat at an odd angle. The service rep. was friendly, but we were concerned that he left us with no service ticket. Therefore, the next day, we went to the shop and found that it a used appliance sales store. However, we were satisfied with the overall condition of the shop and with the employees we met there. The micowave was repaired and reinstalled the next day, Thursday afternoon.
