Airtech A/C & Heating

Considered tenant when scheduling the appointment, completed the job in a minimal amount of time.

They've always been really good coming out and doing a good job. They do send me a card every now and again for tune up for your thing they give you cheaper price for coming out checking out everything prior to summer when you use the air conditioner a lot are something like that and I usually have him come out and do that and I've earlier on I had when I bought this house I had some trouble with the air conditioner and they come out and do a bunch of work for me and they did a good. My air conditioner wasn't cooling but it was a plug line the drain line was plugged and they came out and fix the drain line on the air conditioner and then after that I had a card from them so I had them come back out I don't know what they charge fifty nine bucks are something like that to go over everything and make sure that everything is running and since then everything's been fine.

Not good. We have to buy a whole new HVAC system which includes the A/C unit and the blower unit. That same provider check that old system a month prior to its brake down and informed us that it was functioning properly. Apparently not, considering we have to purchase a replacement a month later.

We have 2 a/c heating units with heat pumps. One of the heat pumps was and quot;clickingand quot; every time the outside temperature got under 50 degrees. This problem has persisted for the last 4 years, and numerous a/c companies have serviced the unit to no avail.
Airtech came out on a service call and and replaced the defrost control board. Since the replacement, the temperature has dropped to 30 degrees and no clicking.
The second unit was blowing cold air and we had to reset the heat pump quite often. Airtech installed a new high-pressure switch and we have not had to reset the heat pump, even in the cold weather.
We would highly recommend AirTech.

GREAT. FOUND PROBLEM AND FIXED QUICKLY

The principal, Douglas Morris, is terrific. He is very knowledgeable. If there is something wrong with the people who work for him, he gets rid of them. He is very, very good. He was excellent on price too because I did comparisons for the installation work before I got it done. He beat all the competition and he did a terrific job. He was very neat. I will use them again.

This was about 7:30 PM on a Sat night Memorial day weekend. I called because they were the only ones available. The tech arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He evaluated the problem, gave a quote and right of refusal (there was a service call charge that they told me about and I agreed to before they came out). I agreed and the tech completed the repair. Completed in less time than quoted. Tech was very professional and knowledgable. I wish I had purchased the heat pump from them.

The service tech arrives on the day that is quoted. I usually work during the day so I do not know how close to the hour they usually arrive, but the few times I've been home the truck pulls up much earlier than I expected. I appreciate how courteous and respectful the service techs have been and how careful of pets and kids toys. I feel that I am getting the straight deal when I talk with anyone from AirTech and would recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. I have used AirTech for approx. 10yrs.

Arrived on time, worked neatly, finished on time, and checked system out.
