Air by John Martinez

After calling other companies who were not available on Labor Day weekend, contacted John Martinez who came out immediately. He promptly identified problem and repaired unit. He also added needed refrigerant..He did not charge extra for holiday weekend work which was very commendable. He saved us from a very uncomfortable long weekend. John is very easy to deal with and highly educated in his trade. Will certainly use him in future. Highly recommend him.

My father in law's air conditioner quit working as we were helping him pack to move.  it was hot outside and get hotter inside.
We wanted someone to look at it that day if possible.  Two other places I called could not come until the next day.  When I called John he said he would be out after his last job which would be around 7 p.m.  He showed up and filled the system with coolant and the air conditioner worked for the night, but went quit cooling the next day.  I called and he came out that day and determined that the coils  had a leak and needed replaced.  He said he would try and find one the next day and have it installed.  He found one and had someone come out and install the unit and refill the coolant.  The air conditioner has worked well since then.

As usual, John and his company are very professional.  My husband and I have had the pleasure of also knowing John and his family on a personal level.  We have used his service every time we have had problems with our A/C or heating.  He is a pleasure to work with.  Will return calls quickly, and if he is delayed, will call and let you know.  Prompt, courteous, professional service.

After several attempts to id coolant leakage, replaced coil. Nice to have a/c for the fall weather.
