Dale arrived first, explained what he was going to do. He first walked around the outside the house, examining the ground, a/c units and roof. He and Jonathan then came inside and began evaluating every aspect of the house from electrical, plumbing, heating and air, ceilings all things related to the structure. I learned a lot from the experience and am glad I chose them to inspect my home.

Overall it went fine. Many small little things and a few bigger things as we suspected and one I would have never gave a second thought to.

The repair "saga" went on for almost a month! The guys doing the work weren't supervised well. It was a nightmare. Dale stuck with me the whole time. After his initial report to my realtor, complete with photos of shoddy work and things needing repair or replacement, he came out every time they said the work was complete--that was THREE MORE TIMES! The second time he came out, he just asked for $100 but he still spent two or more hours going over everything and still wrote up a complete report with more photos. The third and fourth times he came out, he refused to take any money because he felt so bad for me. But because of his reports, I eventually got everything done. He also recommended a wonderful contractor to replace all my windows and doors, and she gave me incredible prices because of his recommendation!
