He was very prompt, but he needs to screen his contractors more carefully...I would give him another chance.

"Though out the phase of the project we were in contact with the client and not once were we informed the work and/or quality to be unsatisfactory. Through the project, we did have a crew member have a family emergency and had to miss 1 day of work to handle his family matters. We take pride in our work and strive to provide the best interior/exterior restoration experience for our clients. Had we been aware of any unsatisfactory conditions, we would've done our best to resolve them in a timely manner."
