This husband and wife team do great work. Finding a company to do the quality of work we needed done and attention to detail was not easy. A neighbor referred us to them after seeing a custom bath vanity they had built that was beautiful. They worked with us though out the project and were as concerned their work met or exceeded our expectations. It did. Couldn’t be happier, and they’re affordable. A real find, affordable, high quality custom work. What more coil you ask for.

Ray does good work. His quotes are accurate. He is very trustworthy, he shows up when he says he will and he does what he says he will do. No hidden charges. He worked with us on the cabinet design and layout. He comes to your house to do the work himself, he doesn't send employees that you don't know.

Project turned out perfectly. Ray created cabinets for previously unusable spaces. He worked around existing utilities. Whatever I imagined he built. His workmanship is amazing.

Ray created 2 works of art, beyond my expectations in both quality and design. He met the time line we agreed on. Delivery and installation were expertly performed. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of work we received. I would recommend Ray for anyone wanting a quality product.

Ray is personable and professional. We met with him and discussed the work we needed to have done and he gave us a bid within a day or two. We signed the contract and he began the work. He came back a few times during the process to check the accuracy of his original notes. I appreciated the fact that he is very meticulous in his work, since I too am a perfectionist. We were not in a huge rush to have the work completed, so the fact that it seemed to take a little longer with a small company was not a problem. And he addresses the issue of time in the beginning, so if you have a quick deadline you will know what he can offer before signing up.

Ray and his staff did a wonderful job. They were responsive to my needs, did a tear down of something that was there and then installed the beautiful cabinet in my kitchen. Improved the space and value of my home. Very pleased!

I had never planned or hired out a home renovation project, but he really knew what he was doing and I felt confident about the project. He brought several samples to look at and was even able to create custom work based on pictures we gave him from magazines and the internet. Could not be happier with the results. We engaged R&M Enterprises in November 2016 to remodel the master bath cabinetry. These artisans provided superior results. We were so impressed, we contracted with them to remodel the entire hall bath in March 2017. Their extensive connections with other professionals made the remodel easy and painless. The quality of their work and the work of their contractors was top notch. Schedules were adhered to, workmanship was exceptional, coordination was accurate, and the clean up was detailed and superior. I fully recommend and endorse these fine artisan.

It went awesome there's really no other way to describe his professionalism and perfection in every way. Cost estimated below is a combination of both projects and if you were to see the size, materials and finish you would know it was worth every penny and still much less than others for particle board.

He turned a useless corner into something fabulous. The cabinet is absolutely gorgeous - it looks like it was always there! - and is so huge I can never fill it (but I am trying). Craftsmanship is perfect; he was able to match it to the other cabinets in my kitchen. He was on schedule and the install was professional - very happy with it.

Ray and Millie are artisans. Their professionalism, quality of work, and time estimates were beyond my expectations. I will hire them when we reno our hall bath. They do a "turn key" job. They walked us through our design, counter top selection, sink, and time to complete without any hitches. The finish, the stain on our maple was beyond our wildest expectations. Because of the quality of the finish, this is a time consuming portion of the overall project. If you want or need finished results NOW, you will be disappointed. It is in the finish that Ray and Millie are real artisans. Their process reflects their attention to detail, and the results clearly demonstrate their commitment to highest quality.

Ray is great to work with. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. Cabinets are high quality and installation is professional. Ray and his wife did an exceptional job. The master bath has now been updated and looks beautiful. Ray worked around our painters schedule so that everything worked out beautifully. Ray was very professional and responsive to any of our inquires. The new drawers and cabinet doors look like they were always there. His work enabled us to use our existing vanity bases and therefore did not have to address any additional flooring needs that may have come up with prefabricated vanities. I would definitely recommend R&M Enterprises for any cabinet needs.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ray (the R) and his wife (the M), did exactly what had been promised, when it had been promised. They and their helpers took steps to minimize the dust. They protected the appliances very carefully. They were comfortable to have in the house, and their work was beautiful. The stain match was especially good. 
We found the company on Angie's List,  and so the membership fee really paid off! We are very pleased.

We started our project in July (2014) by researching several contractors on Angie's List and contacting each for estimates. Due to the complexity of what we wanted, it was difficult to get most contractors to even give us a quote. It is my believe that most cabinetry contractors do not want to mess with existing cabinetry but rather to replace it all. In our case this was not an option since we already had high end cabinetry (ambrosia maple) in our kitchen and did not want to replace it. That being said, we did find three contractors that would provide a quote. Of those, Rand M Enterprises was the one we chose and here is why.
Ray came out several times to measure and confirm the desired changes to the kitchen and bathroom. The other contractors completed their quotes over the phone (not even sure how this was possible). We had a number of concerns based on the reconfiguration of the kitchen appliances and Ray spent a significant amount of time with us working through the details and even making suggestions on the modification to make the kitchen look as though all the cabinets had been there from the initial installation, what color options we could use in the bathrooms based on the granite counters we had in place already, and resizing the drawer fronts in the bathrooms to make the cabinets look more custom than the builder grade cabinets that were previously installed.
After selecting Rand M Enterprises for the job, Ray worked with us to get on the schedule which took around 6 weeks due to existing projects and ordering of materials. Once the time came for our project to begin, Ray came back out to get a final measurement on everything and reminded us that Rand M Enterprises attempts to perform as much of the project in their shops without effecting or impacting our home. This approach allowed us to have full use of our home for 1/2 of the entire project (wonderful!!!). During this time, Rand M built the new cabinets for the kitchen, the door and drawer fronts for the bathrooms, installed and wired the puck lighting in the new cabinets, painted, and color matched the kitchen maple and crown molding with light stain and polyurethane.
The next step in the project was the installation. Rand M Enterprises planed to be in our home for 5 days to complete the remaining work - installation, electrical wiring of wall switches, painting, and installation of cabinet hardware. This was exactly how long it took! We did have a hiccup with the cutout for the wall oven due to a discrepancy in the installation specifications and the actual oven (NOT Rand M Enterprises Fault). Ray quickly removed the base frame and lowered it to accommodate the additional height and we were able to get all the appliances installed.
The only negative comment I have is that the installation of the cabinet pulls were not exactly level and had to be adjusted. Even though a jig was used to line every hole up, they were not exact and needed to be finely adjusted. Part of this problem may have been attributed to the fact that we ordered custom pulls and it is possible they were slightly irregular. Even with this being the case, Ray came back out and fixed them to our satisfaction.
I will use Rand M Enterprises in the future when I have project needs!

I contacted several Cabinet makers. One was unprofessional, a couple were rude (made appointments and never showed up) and a few took over a week to even call me back. So I was not expecting a lot when I contacted Ray. He was however, very different! Ray returned my calls in a timely manor. He came over, called and finished when he said he would. He really stayed on top of my project! He was kind, professional and friendly. As for his work……AMAZING! I had an unfinished and unsightly hole under my stairs that had been sitting there for months. Ray was very detailed! If you hire him for your project just know he will call several times confirming everything you discussed or if he has any questions. If you want a project done right and the way you want call Ray! I have to admit I got annoyed on one call until I realized Ray was not being annoying I was being impatient and he was being detailed. There were issues due to the stairs slant and size of the hole. Ray listened to my concerns and came up with solutions. Now the cabinet looks like it's always been there! Thank you a thousand times over Ray! I'm so proud of my dinning room now! Thank you.
