They were the first of three contractors to come out and give a bid.Mike from Hallmark was the first to call and show up.I liked him immediately.Gave me a very fair bid,told me what to expect and when to expect them to show up and do the job.I gave the other two contractors a chance and got their bids from them.One was a little cheaper ,the other a little higher.I chose Hallmark cause Mike impressed me.They came out the day they were expected and completed the job to my satisfaction.I couldn't have picked a better company to come out.I highly recommend these guys.I will be using Hallmark next year to cut a couple of trees in the front yard.

When I saw trimmed that is all they did. I asked for them to clean out the branches so the trees could aerate a little better. Um, all they did was trim up the tree to accommodate the minimum height requirement from the street.

I met one of their employees in the fall while waiting on an oil change on my car and he was having one of their service vehicles maintained.  We got to talking and I told him that I was in the market for a new tree service due to a bad experience with one that I had used more than once and who had treated a neighbor badly that I had referred him to.  Hallmark's employee seemed very knowledgeable, so I got a card.  I gave Steve Caviness a call last week and he was very prompt for the estimate and this morning showed up with his crew to introduce them to me before work began, which I greatly appreciate. 
They did a fantastic job, cutting back specific limbs from overhanging a neighbor's house and cleaning up tons of sapling branches.  I have my trees trimmed every three years or so, but the last company that I used sent out only one guy, took him all day, didn't have sufficient equipment to haul away all debris and it still needed to done again before two years was up.  Hallmark had three guys, took less than 3 hours and left the area spotless!  Very pleased!

Very fast response after my initial call.  Estimate was quick and precise and came in much less than the others I had.  Because they would already be in the area the next day I was able to get immediately scheduled.  They showed the next afternoon and removed the tree.  It was a little tricky since it was between houses and near other landscaping.  The did an excellent job bringing it down and did not cause any damage at all.  The cutting, chopping, grinding, and clean up was all done nicely and the area looks great.  Would recommend this company to anyone and I plan to use them again.

I've worked with Steve at Hallmark twice now and both times it went great.  He came when he said, his crews did their jobs quickly, and they cleaned up and left.  Job well done.

Appointment had to be rescheduled due to thunderstorms. On reschedule crew arrived and got right to work. I had no problems communicating with the crew (I've dealt with other services where crew can not speak English so I was not able to ask questions or communicate with them). The tree that was removed was done so with awareness to their surroundings and the tree they trimmed looks beautiful and not botched. I love Hallmark Tree Solutions.

They are very friendly.  They give you an estimate and stick to their estimate.  Everyone I talked to was extremely nice.

The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. I was very pleased with the appearance of the trees and yard.

Received quote.   Harvey showed up in a timely manner, explained the process, and answered my questions in a manner that I could understand and was very knowledgeable.   Did an excellent job, grinding the stump to below the ground.   He  filled in the area with the shavings and dirt and cleaned up the yard afterwards.  I was very pleased with the job that was done and will be calling them again when the need arises.  Thanks for a job well done.

They showed up right on time around 9:00 am. They cut down a 30 foot Live Oak and a 30 foot Bradford Pear, ground both stumps and some very large roots. They spread the mulch where ever we told them to put it. After all work was completed, they cleaned up every single twig. This took them most of the day. We felt like we really received our money's worth and would recommend them highly!
