Everything turned out wonderful.

Installed entire new system for our general contractor of whom abandoned the job. Then our cameras show Crystal Air coming to our property and removing our condenser after it was installed. Then when asked to return it Crystal Air wanted $2800.00, when the condenser only cost $995.00. They did not replace the dampers at the plenum, have offered no warranty for any of the equipment.

Came out on Saturday. Here within a couple hours after call. Gave an honest assessment. Fixed the problem. Checked everything out thoroughly before leaving. The bill was reasonable.

We have used Crystal Aire for years with our previous home. They have always been very professional and you never get the feeling they are trying to push you into making extra repairs.
Our upstairs unit went out back in September and since the upstairs isn't used often we put off the repair. I called Crystal Aire last Friday and let them know we had guests coming in a week and needed to have the unit looked at. They sent someone out same day. After spending time diagnosing the unit they traced the issue back to a wire that had lost contact with the power source.
Other companies may have "found" things wrong but I have always been impressed by the staff of Crystal Aire and their honesty about what truly needs to be repaired. They of course let you know what type of maintenance items you may want to consider later but are never pushy or make you feel as though you need to do them right now.
