Some furniture was broken, they fixed and compensated us for that, but, the pictures couldn't be replaced. The general district manager came down, the girls in the office were nice, they thought it should do a 2 day move, the movers were upset because we had a large dog house, we moved in a semi truck, the driver was sick when we moved things out of the storage, so, they brought little trucks, it took them from 11 am in the morning until 9 pm that night. There were just too many hands on it, it was a learning experience, and I wouldn't probably do it like that, again. They sent a check what they thought was a replacement check, but, I had a picture in the pool room that was customized, and I don't know if they could have replaced that. It had a custom frame. The guys were nice and some of them didn't have anything to do with what went on the warehouse. I had 3 other people to come and give me bids, and they were all close. They were late both days. The main reason I chose them is they had a warehouse down here and I had to put my things in storage. There was just too many hands on it once it got here to Houston.
