Concrete Foundation Installation
Lance was on it, got the necessary permits and was on time. Being a retired General Contractor myself, he did a great job. His crew was friendly and the clean up was near perfect. I highly recommend Lance and his crews for all your construction needs.

Seemed reluctant to take such a small job as ours at first. They eventually got us into their schedule and I have to say the wait was worth it. Top notch work and they cleaned up after themselves. Except for the new concrete you wouldn't know they had been here.

Barbed Wire Fence - Install
Lance removed a POORLY constructed, half-finished fence left by another contractor, and installed 2100' of new barbed wiring farm fencing and a 16' gate in 3 days. The new fence is of excellent design and construction quality. Lance and his team were immediately responsive to our needs, clearly explained what should be installed and ultimately gave us exactly what we wanted for a fair price. He demonstrated deep experience, professionalism, confidence, integrity and ability. His company has a wide range of construction skills that we are planning to take advantage of for our building plans over the next several years. We are so happy to have met Lance and to have a trusted contractor on whom we can rely. Without hesitation, we would recommend MacDonald Construction to anyone.

Retaining Wall Installation
It was a long time coming, but we finally broken ground on our retaining wall the delay was due to changes in the city's permit requirement. The base construction is underway and we are looking forward to completing the project soon. Lance has done what he said he would do. The team assigned are professional and we expect the project to save the foundation of the house.

Hired Lance to construct a retaining wall, three week into the project we have seen issues with getting the necessary permits from the city due to the fact that the city has changed the permit requirements. Lance worked through that problem and received the permits. Looking forward to breaking ground and correcting the erosion on the property
