My husband noticed a leak on our lawn that was spilling out on to the sidewalk.  The lawn was soaked and muddy.  My husband dug down to the water pipes and found the leak but could not stop the leak.  We called Precision Plumbing but they were completely booked for the day.  They were nice enough to give me the name of another plummer.  We called A Pro Touch Plumbing Service. They were there in about an hour.  Even though my husband I  were not there when they arrived,  both men went ahead and repaired the leak and were refilling the hole by the time we arrived home..  The pipes were repaired and the original work done by the city was inferior so A Pro Touch Plumbing Service went above and beyond what was required and did the job so as not to have it happen again. We would highly recommend A Pro Touch Plumbing Service. The price was very reasonable.

The last plumbers had taken my broken diverter valve. A Pro Touch fixed the leak and had to wait for the previous company to mail me the broken valve they had taken. As soon as I received the broken part in the mail, these young men were right back and finished fixing my shower problems. They called quickly. They arrived quickly. They were done quickly.
