It was fine. He did everything that we expected him to do. The scheduling was fine. He got the job done in about an hour to an hour and a half.

He came and ran diagnostic tests on 3 of my computers, debugged them and added some software to 2 of them. He started on one and while it was going, he would start on another. He was very efficient in that. Not all my issues were resolved in one session and I have been planning on having him back to address some of the others we did not get to. I felt very comfortable around him and asked him many questions. It was overall a very good experience.

It went great! I gave them a call in the evening and Kevin was here the next morning. I am so grateful for the quick and excellent service. 1Fix did a better job and charged less than I've paid in the past, too. I will call them again!

He arrived exactly on time for the appointment, and greeted me in a professional manner.
The provider was very polite and considerate of me and my little knowledge of my skills with the computer.
The provided complete all tasks in a timely manner, while answering all my questions I asked of him.
There was DLL he could not figure out, but he took the information, and will work on that file name, and get back to me at my
convenience.
I truly enjoyed Mr. Kevin Weaver's help with his computer service.
