Richard Hall (owner of the company) did some of the work himself and ignored my husband's instruction on the placement of some sprinkler heads and placed them where he wanted them. My husband has been a home builder for 20 years. As a result of this placement, we now have a problem with next door neighbor. Within one month from shrubbery install, 2 shrubs were dead. I called and texted Mr. Hall many times about replacing them as all plantings had a one year guarantee. My calls and texts were largely ignored, I suppose because he had already been paid in full. Some time later, he agreed to replace them but still has not. Last week (April, 2013) my husband called an arborist to come look at the two red oak trees Mr. Hall had planted. He told us that the trees had been planted too deep and must be raised immediately and that they still might die. I texted Mr. Hall immediately (he doesn't return phone calls) and advised him of the urgency in raising the trees. He texted back that he would be over within the week to raise them. Now a week later we still haven't seen or heard from him. I have asked for a refund on the trees but he won't respond. Obviously, his guarantees are worthless.
