Took full payment and left pipe leaking, called to inform them and was told they had emergencies and I would have to wait, really? I paid $27,000 in CASH for the leak to be repaired, It was not. they completed the work on 3-30, we found it to be leaking the next morning and I called to report it, I was told that they were busy with emergencies and I would have to wait, Sky showed up on Tuesday 4-4-2023 in the afternoon and spoke with me asking what he needed to do to make it right, I said finish the work you were paid to do, he replaced some of very poorly installed fittings and fixed the leak, went to fix the front faucet and shut off I paid for, he dug a hole and found out her did not have the right parts and left. I did not see him again until 4-13-2023, when he fixed the shut off and faucet, however, he repaired the faucet the same way it was, just sticking up out of the ground with the shut off valve in a box, I specifically wanted them BOTH in the box in the ground. He them informed me he didn not have the right part for the frost-free faucet I wanted and paid to have replaced only to find that he had left again and sent me a message saying he didn't have the right part and that he needed an oddball 5 1/2 inch valve, well turns out, it is a quite standard 4 inch valve readily available at Home Depot which is where I got it and replaced it myself. He never finished the conduit for the wiring to the sump pump or filled the hole back up. Obviously I have to do that myself as well. DONT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!! They Lie and Steal from you, they don't finish, they take the money and run. They never got a permit from the City either, I never got a receipt and I will NEVER recommend this company to do anything for anybody I know. I have never been stolen from so blatantly before, from someone who professes to be a Christian, shame on you Sky, God sees you.

Found the issues and fixed right at a reasonable price

Have been using for several years since I found on Home Advisor. Has always been friendly and always explains the problem and what needs to be done to fix the problem. Is always thorough with they're work and always cleans up everything before leaving.

They hooked up a new home to an existing water and sewer line. They had to make some repairs to each and add additional PVC to reach the new house. The hook ups are very professionally done. They did everything I wanted in a very timely manner. The work done was excellent.

Had leaks in my old propane lines and Chad dug up and ran new lines from stove and water heater to the LP tank in the 90 degree heat. Did a great job. Will continue to use him.

Chad was a breath of fresh air. He was on time, curtious and completed the job. He actually cleaned up a mess left by two other contractors. I will continue to use triple A plumbers in the future. Thanks Chad!!

Chad is reliable and courteous. He answered all my questions and had replaced my toilet in no time even with having to make adjustments to make it fit. He also cleaned up any mess. I highly recommend AAA Plumbing. He did a fantastic job.
