We signed up for the annual Spring & Fall checkups to avoid costly & inconvenient failures by being diligent & proactive. Temperature Solutions has always been quick to respond, efficient, friendly and overall a great staff and company to work with. Thank you especially to Josh who is always excellent at his work, but also his demeanor, courteous attitude & thoughtfulness. Tyler is great to work with on the phone with scheduling, changes if needed, updates, confirmations. We appreciate you all, especially when courteous & efficent service rarely exist any longer.

Todd, Zach and Josh are unbelievably professional and are always considering the best, most cost effective option. They will give you an honest opinion of the must do now vs can wait scenarios. If you select to wait, they ensure they follow up with you. They are also very responsive and trustworthy. I have recommended them to numerous friends; all have been very pleased with the service provided.

Zach was thorough, friendly and professional. He informed us of two issues that were not pressing at this point but would need attention in the spring. We agreed to have those two items addressed when he returns in April. We found the cost of this work and the cleaning scheduled for the spring to be economical. It was at least $80 less than the charge by our previous HVAC company for one visit and we will receive two service calls for this one fee. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Very knowledgeable and professional service tech. Quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the steps to troubleshooting. While waiting for the unit to defrost, he offered to clean the unit, change our filters, and put bleach to clean our line. I felt they have a conservative approach and won't try to oversell. Quick response time on a Sunday. Very impressed. Not sure on cost but seemed reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

This went very well. They came to the house the same day I called and within an hour had identified the problem and provided options and estimates. They were abel to complete the work the next day in about 4 hours at a reasonable price. Very satisfied, I will likely use them again.

We first heard about Todd and the TS team from our neighbors. We gave them a call when our units in our beach home finally died. Todd is very professional, prompt, and just generally awesome. He is straight shooter. He won't try to charge you an arm and a leg for service or materials. He explains things in simple terms and is always willing to answer your questions without making you feel dumb (which is rare when you're a female dealing with male contractors). Todd saved us several thousand dollars (the exact amount escapes me at the moment). His bid came in well below others, but do not let that fool you. The work is top notch! We liked this company so much that we have them service our beach house units (which they installed) but also our units at our main house (which they did not install). Todd, his crew, and Tracy (billing, schedule, etc). are great! Give them a call!!
