I hired this company and one of its agent to find a house for me in the League City, Kemah and Seabrook area. The service at the beginning seemed to be good but as the needs arose for the agent to recommend a home inspector and being there with the inspector, service became very poor. The agent did not supply protection to the buyer, do to the fact the buyer lived in another state. She recommended a person she said she has used for years for home inspections. He turned out to be terrible, missed many items he should of pointed out. I called not the real estate agent to please make sure she is in on the inspection and to do a very detailed inspection due to the fact I was living in a different state. She said she could not make the inspection she had a doctor's appointment. Come to find out the inspector was lousy too. I would not recommend this company or its agents in regards to buying real estate. Poor service which is costing me thousands of dollars.
