He checked out the overall health of the system, I explained the situation to him and he seemed to know exactly what to do and did not try to oversell. He came prepared and worked quickly.

Steven found the leak and removed the garbage disposal and replaced the rusty mounting brackets. He reinstalled the garbage disposal and checked for leaks. No leaks. All this was done efficiently and professionally. From now on Ell-Dee plumbing are our go to plumbers.

Very nice job, Lynn and Stephen were very knowledgeable and made it feel like a trusted friend was there to help. I cringe most of the time when I talk about needing a plumber but this was a decent value cost and great workmanship. I will use them again when I need someone.

Steven came out to do the repair. I would say that we have found our plumber! He was very professional, explained everything, answered questions and did not try to upsell us on anything. He had to go up to the attic to shut off the hot water feed and noticed that the water heater vent was no longer secured to the water heater. He fixed that as well. He was very careful- even used a level to make sure the hole he had to cut in the sheetrock behind the washer was even. Pricing was reasonable. We will definitely use again.

I have used Mr. Denny for years, and he has always been prompt, courteous, capable, fair and professional. Besides that, he's a nice person. He recommended Mike's Plumbing to me because he doesn't do heavy outside work anymore, and I reviewed my good experience with them recently.

Late ion the evening, my water heater began leaking. I was able to get the leak stopped by closing the water supply valve and draining the water heater. I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS)and they sent a contractor to fix the problem two days later. The quality of the water heater they wanted to use was not satisfactory to me. The quote that I received from AHS's contractor, to use a higher quality water heater with flood stop valve was almost $1600.00. I called Lynn Denney at ELL-DEE who had done work for me before. Lynn came to the house almost immediately and verified that the water heater needed to be replaced. I also elected to have the flood stop valve installed to help prevent leaks in the future. The total cost of the job was about $450.00 less than the quote I received from my home warranty company. Lynn always does great work, is extremely responsive and is reasonably priced. He is not cheap - but his prices are always very fair. I will always call Lynn as my "go to guy" for plumbing issues.
