Y'all can kiss my a$$! While we are loading a pallet of 40lb a piece rocks you walk up in your nice white shirt and tell the people helping us to "let them load it themselves".. There's no other way to say this, F@×K YOU DUDE!! Even your employees were shocked you said that.. You just lost a couple thousand in business today and hopefully more because of this post...

All went very well. Tammy and Edgar kept me updated on the progress and anything that came up. They were professional and friendly. Kept my yard clean each night.

I called 4 different companies and was told we will get back to you. E.D.S. Landscaping was the only one that kept their word. Received an estimate a got on their schedule. Tammy worked with us in planning and execution. The crew worked hard and cleaned up every day at the end of the day. They took out old shrubs and about 6 trees. Then added plants and new plants. When a problem came up they explained it to us and gave a completion time frame and/or an estimate and ideas that we felt no pressure in excepting. We are completely happy with the results and will hire them again when needed.

Appointment was scheduled within a couple of days, crew arrived as scheduled, and work completed quickly with no issues.

I got an estimate from them, but I didn't hire them. I think they're excellent. The estimate may or may not have been good I haven't compared it to anything else. They're knowledgeable and very nice. They know what they're talking about. The estimate was not real detailed, not really. The price was a little high for my taste, but it might be congruent with other prices around here, I just haven't checked. They're very, very busy, and you have to wait a long time for them to come in. But they're responsive, but they're very busy. So, you have to get in line to get your quote. They're certainly punctual once the work you in.

The guy came out but did not follow up with price to do the job. He came out when he said he was going to do on the first visit to look at everything. It was very good. But he never called back. I could never get anyone to return my calls.

After visiting about five stone yards in search of flagstone for my outdoor patio and pool coping, I found EDS Landscaping. It was definitely not the closest to me, as I live in Sugar Land and EDS is in Kemah, but I was so thankful I found them and the drive was definitely no big deal in order to get what I wanted. They had by far the most beautiful colorful flagstone I had seen and also were the first that actually had thinner flagstone, perfect for the patio, and thicker pieces perfect for the pool coping. They had an amazing variety of high quality products. We now have a beautiful colorful flagstone patio and are so pleased with the pool coping. EDS also had really nice smooth, colored stones from Mexico that we placed around the pool equipment and by a pathway through the yard with larger flagstone pieces laid on top. There was also a large variety of larger stone from which to choose -- we picked out a beautiful large onyx rock for the flowerbeds. Not only does EDS have the biggest variety of rocks and stones I’d seen in any other stone yard, but the people are extremely helpful with great customer focus. Daniel was so knowledgeable and patient and the owners were always friendly and ready to answer my questions. I highly recommend EDS – I think the best landscaping & stone yard in Houston and surrounding area.

We are more than pleased with our experience with EDS Landscaping. The cost estimate was reasonable for the work done & in line with other estimates we received. Taylor was professional, patient, and courteous in all of our meetings & phone calls. The work started on time as promised & continued until finished. It took four days & the crew stayed on our job the whole time. The foreman of the crew, Martin, was receptive to changes & implemented them in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. The prep work & the finished stonework are of the highest quality. Five stars to EDS and their crew!

Working crews were professional, polite, and cleaned outside each day before they left. The paver installation was excellent and is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and accomodating on changes and additions. I am thrilled with the work and final results from EDS Landscape .

I had to wait nearly 6 wks to get my bid from EDS Landscaping - but it was well worth the wait!
The bid review meeting was awesome - they had a 3D model of my house and yard with their design included so we could do a 3D walk-around viewing of everything they proposed to install.  AND they provided color prints of the screen shots for my files. They also sent a DVD of all the various plants and flowers they proposed to install.

The crews arrived early every day.  I was phoned in advance daily to see if I had any questions and to hear what was planned for that day.  The team was extremely professional and cleaned up every day before leaving.  The final installation was amazingly beautiful!  We've received so many compliments - even from total strangers!

I highly recommend EDS Landscaping for any of your landscape needs. Their showroom is truly a work of art and a great place to go to get ideas. 

It was the best service we have ever experienced and we would recommend them to everyone. They we here on time and stayed until late in the day even with the over 100 degree heat....did whatever we asked and there was always a supervisor on site.... finished within 7 days (and there was a lot to do)... and cleaned up every night after they were finished.  The owner (Tammy)  was here 2 and 3 times a day to check on things and took an interest in the project as though it was her own. Our recommendation is - use them you will not be disappointed,.

EDS removed and replaced all existing 20 year old plants/shrubs. It included rejuvenation of soil and bed extension with new garden soil. They also installed stacked moss rock and accent boulder edging; installed bull rock edging along driveway; installed stepping stone at hose bibs and disposed of debris. Throughout the whole process (i.e. estimate, installation and follow-up), EDS performed extraordinarily well. We continue to receive many compliments from our neighbors, family and friends. We are also proud to mention their work was so well done our HOA (Compass Rose) recognized our landscaping as "Yard of the Month" for July!  We truly recommend Tammy and her team at EDS, to anyone in need of quality landscaping service.

Customer service is terrible. Sent email via Angie's list and made a phone call and was told someone would return my call to schedule an appt to come out. No one called or email response.

We have not purchased anything yet other than the installation proposal.

Everything went great and was all done within a week. Taylor did a great job on the design and was very helpful in the selection of everything.  I love how it all turned out.  Everyone at this company is very professional and nice to work with.  I would highly recommend them and definitely will be calling on them in the future to get more things done.

EDS Landscaping, LLC. installed my residential irrigation and lighting system (front and back yard) and performed extraordinarily well.  I am quite pleased with their Hunter product and customer service.  Taylor and his work crew were very impressive throughout the process, starting February 18 and completing work two days later (were delayed only by city inspection schedule).  My landscaper commented he could barely tell EDS had dug up the yard to install both systems.  I love my system and have received four compliments from my neighbors (on lights).  I would recommend EDS to friends, family or neighbors.  If you're looking for a quality group, give them a call.

I contacted Tammy of EDS Landscapes in Jan. and she came over to discuss what I would like to have done in the backyard.  She sent a DVD with plants she thought would look good and a proposal for the work.  I also went to her office in Kemah where she walked me around to show me the plants and what was available that we could use for the landscaping. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as I am not in that area.
A date was set and her team was on time each day until job was finished.  She also came back to check on their progress though out the job.
I would highly recommend EDS for their professionalism and ease to work with whether Tammy, Taylor or any employee. They've been back several other times to do work for us over the year and we are completely satisfied.   A crew also does our landscape maintenance each week.  Tammy is very responsive to any question or problem that may arise and we appreciate that very much.

EDS did an excellent job for us.  Jim came out and helped us design a paver stone patio with two sidewalks.  He gave us brochures of pave stones and showed us pictures of other jobs they had done using this material.   He made arrangements to bring samples by also. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan.  His crews were very hard working and cleaned up very well each day.   A few items came up as the job progressed and Jim worked out each one easily and to our great satisfaction, things like adding a line to an existing French drain and the removal of some hidden concrete piers. His guys who did the pave stone were extremely knowledgeable and also very hard working.  I talked to them daily and they were courteous and informative.  When they completed the install, they left our property spotlessly clean and looking beautiful.  Our experience with EDS was perfect.  It was the kind of an experience that one hopes to have with a contractor.  Jim came by daily to talk and look at the job.  He answered all my questions and emails very quickly.   He did exactly what he said he would do.  I would very highly recommend EDS and I will definitely use them again.   They greatly surpassed our expectations!   

I was referred by a neighbor to EDS Landscaping and have not been sorry.  I called and made an appointment to discuss ideas for the backyard.  Tammy, the owner, came over and spent quite a bit of time discussing with me what I liked and didn't like and she offered her expertise on the different plants as I know next to nothing about landscaping. 
We also discussed changing the irrigation system so that all the downspouts be connected to pipe which allows the water to flow out toward the street.
Within a week she sent a proposal along with a cd of all the plants she thought would look good and work well in the yard.  She also drew up a plan which I went over with her at her office in Kemah.  We walked around and she showed me the plants along with the crushed granite that was being used in the center in lieu of grass. 
I accepted the proposal and her team was at our house on 2/5.  She was there every day checking on what was being done.  We had one day of rain on Wednesday and the job was finished by Friday.  Her installers were very knowledgeable as they have been with her for quite some time.  They cleaned up when done and now we have a lovely, neat looking yard with plants that will flower during the year instead of a green lawn.
She will return next month to discuss our front yard and sides also because we want to replace a lot of what the builder planted.  I am also going to use her maintenance team to care for our property also.
Some will think 12,000.00 is a lot for a yard but when you consider all that was done including materials and labor it was wroth it for us.  You get what you pay for.  Tammy is great to work with, considerate and always available for any questions you may have.  I would not hesitate to recommend EDS Landscaping for any job; big or small.
