John is a good guy to work with, but the service technicians that handled my pool were horrible.  Issues that I had:

One week, the service technician came by and put chlorine tabs in the skimmer basket and turned on my pool cleaner.  He did not do anything to the pool.  The excuse was he had things to do with his family and was in a hurry.
If it is raining on your day of service, they will leave a hang tag on your door, but will NOT come back to do the service.  I've been unlucky and paid for 5 weeks of these "Rain Services."
Most of the time the service technicians do not brush the pool.  They get the noticeable debris from the pool, but not the dirt in the corners.  I have cameras in my backyard that I've reviewed for their service quality.  They are usually done within 10 minutes, while my previous service provider usually took about 30.
I have a fountain at the back of my pool that has never been cleaned.  Leaves were not even skimmed from the top.
My service day was Friday, but there were 3 times that service had to be done on Saturday.  Communication is extremely poor and I always wondered if service was going to be completed.  Once no one came to service the pool at all.
I gave them 5 months, but it never got better.
Decent owner, but the service technicians do not represent him well.  I suggest people look for other providers before trying Blue Mountain.

He is well known all over the city, and he's got certified people working there. He has got 3 pools, which includes a main pool and another hotter pool, and he has a hot tub. He's got a walking machine and a riding bicycle in the water. There's even a little bench that takes you down.

They did a good job and I would highly recommend them. They are responsive and return phone calls. They are knowledgeable about the pool. If they see something wrong they tell me immediately.
