Bay Area Glass Company did an excellent job replacing the broken glass in one of the window in my house. I have been very satisfied with the appearance and quality of the window installation.
However, the company was difficult to reach by phone when it become necessary at the company's request to reschedule the appointment for the work at my house.

Rich and his folks did a quick job of repairing the windows. Unfortunately, they broke one of the new panes of glass they were trying to install. After temporarily covering the space where the glass was supposed to go, they had to go back to the shop and return the following day to install the new pane. The tech was very apologetic about the broken pane but hey, it's glass stuff happens. after returning to install the new pane, they even managed to cut and install a new piece of glass in an over-sized picture frame over an expensive print we managed to break.
