 + -1 moreFather in law is 80+ and his a/c went out. The A/C is only 4 years old and had called out the company that installed the a/c unit and they cam out 3 times and all 3 times said the unit was fixed then leave. With in a couple of days would be out again. I called Gary and ask if he could come and take a look at the unit and see if he could tell me what was wrong. Gary was out with in a few hours of me placing the call. He looked at the unit and advised me of the problem. I then called back out the company that put in the unit and told them what Gary with Keller Greener Homes had found wrong (because my warranty was through the company that installed). When they made the repair that Keller Greener Homes had suggested we have had no more problems. I was very happy with Gary Felts work and would be more then glad to call him out for all my future repairs.
